Hello, My name is Molly Butler and I am a Realtor® with John L Scott in Walla Walla, Washington.
My family is my passion, and I am proud to work for a company that shares in that passion. I first became interested in real estate because of my desire to provide homes to families. Growing up, I didn’t always have a secure place to call my home. In fact, I once moved 6 times in two months.
To me, home is where you feel the safest and build a lifetime of memories. It provides security, control, identity, and privacy. But most of all, it’s a place that provides you with a sense of belonging. It is where you raise up your children, make memories and celebrate life. Owning your own home is about setting up your financial future to fix your expenses and establish roots for your family. For someone who has never owned a home before, this can seem daunting and out of reach.
Before becoming a Realtor® I spent 12 years in the local grocery business so if you feel like you have seen me before somewhere, you probably have. I recognize and value the trust community members place in me and I work hard every day to not only meet, but exceed those expectations. I am honored to serve those same lovely Walla Walla customers in a new exciting way…giving them a home. As well as helping new members of the community feel welcomed and at home here in the valley.
When I’m not doing real estate, I love being at home on my farm just west of town taking care of my gardens and animals. Or you can find me on outdoor adventures with the love of my life-my husband Michael and our daughters.
I love real estate and greatly enjoy helping my clients find or sell their homes. I feel very comfortable with the real estate process whether I am working with a buyer to find that next perfect home, or helping a seller get “sale ready”, I will guide you through your experience with confidence.

I was referred to Molly by a close friend and I am so glad I decided to give her a call. I wasn’t sure where to begin on the process of buying my first home. I had toured a couple of open houses but wasn’t getting anywhere. I had heard the market was crazy and I was worried I might have to spend more than I wanted to on a home that might need a lot of work. Molly was so nice and went right to work scheduling homes to tour that were in my price range. Once we found a home I really wanted, She helped me write up a very competitive offer and ours was the one that got accepted. I was pleased with the terms and didn’t have to give up the chance to have an inspection done. Molly communicate with my lender, inspector, and the other agent for me so everyone was on the same page and when closing day arrived she surprised me with the sweetest gift basket complete with dishtowels she’d made herself. I would recommend Molly Butler to anyone who wants to work with an honest and hardworking real estate agent in Walla Walla.
